Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, Tuttiskinn will cover the return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@tuttiskinn.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tuttiskinn.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item has arrived.
